In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we will offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If you change your mind on a purchase you have made, we will happily exchange your item or provide a store credit providing that our conditions of returns are met. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
Conditions of Return:
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of dispatch
- Items must be returned to us in original condition – unwashed and unused with tags on and in original packaging. We are unable to provide an exchange or store credit on items that appear to have been washed, used or removed from packaging.
- Items must be returned with protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit
If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met these conditions, we may be unable to honour an exchange or store credit.
